About the prize
All participants who supply an email address when completing our online feedback questionnaire will receive a £10 Amazon voucher. Entry is by the provision of an email address on completion of the feedback questionnaire.

Only one voucher per person will given. A limited number of vouchers available for give away.
Persons and their families connected with Competitive Advantage Consultancy Limited or sponsoring organizations are not eligible to participate in the survey or the prize draw.
No correspondence will be entered into. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize.
