Course Content
An important element of the sales process is good presentation skills, they are needed to present proposals, deliver CPD seminars or make internal presentations. Unfortunately many sales people lack these skills and a poor presentation can undermine a content which is both accurate and informative. To be effective in delivering your message you need to make a good presentation, whether your audience is two people or two hundred.
Lack of confidence is very often a reason for a poor presentation. By understanding how to prepare for a presentation and having some basic techniques to deal with difficult situations the presenter will immediately have more confidence and be less likely to face panic attacks before and during a presentation.
There are many people who do enjoy standing in front of an audience, but this in itself is not enough to guarantee a good presentation. Too often it can be accompanied by “death by PowerPoint” either too many slides or so many gimmicks that the message is lost in a barrage of spinning images or audio clips.
