We run in-house training courses and facilitate strategy workshops. Developed from a series of standard modules, these can be tailored specifically to your needs. Lasting one or more days, possibly spread over a period of time, we can work with you to address issues specific to your business.
Working in collaboration with the Building Centre in London we have developed a series of one day open courses based on our more popular programmes. These are run on a regular basis giving you a cost effective opportunity to provide just one or two people with training.
Sales and Marketing Mentoring
This is an effective method of developing skills and undertaking business projects. A mentor can meet with his client on a regular basis, provide guidance, instruction and impartial advice. The time spent mentoring can be steadily reduced as the client gains confidence and experience, progressing to mostly email and telephone exchanges.
