Construction research conducted as tailored projects or available as a range of reports on construction specific subjects.

Competitive Advantage has been conducting construction research since 2000, offering bespoke market research, but also a range of published reports providing construction market information on a range of important issues. We aim to provide high quality information at an economic cost.

We use a range of research methods, including online surveys, telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews and focus groups to conduct construction research, recommending the best option or combination to suit a project’s requirements.

Unlike many research companies, our commercial experience means that as well as reporting research findings we are able to interpret these effectively and make sound business recommendations.

Principally operating in the United Kingdom, we work with associate research companies (who are also construction research specialists) in a number of other countries. This gives us the capability to conduct international projects.

We are experienced in:

  • Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Customer Perception Studies
  • Staff Attitude Surveys
  • Market Feedback Studies
  • Market Evaluation
  • Mystery Shopper

We publish a growing number of standard reports on a regular basis. All are available to buy online.
