Jeremy’s roles have included Director of Strategy for the UKGBC and a secondment to the Sustainable Development Commission where he developed the UK Sustainable Construction Strategy. His construction industry experience was gained with Lafarge and Redland Roofing.

Bill Wright worked for 24 years with John Lewis Partnership. Most recently as Corporate Energy and Environment Manager responsible for the group’s sustainability policy, he was also Chief Electrical Engineer for 10 years. He is Chairman of the Electrical Safety Council, a Director of Summitskills and on the Institution of Electrical Engineers committee for IEE Wiring Regulations.

Rachel, who is fluent in French, worked for Saint-Gobain Glass holding various sales and marketing positions including Marketing Manager, Ireland. She has worked as an Associate with Competitive Advantage since 2005 taking on research, business development and strategy projects.

Victoria Williams
Fluent in French and Spanish, Victoria has substantial marketing experience within the construction, telecommunications and logistics industries, including 6 years as Marketing Communications Manager with Redland / Lafarge Roofing, who she joined in 2003. During her 6 years with Lafarge Roofing, Victoria launched numerous new products and services, as well as project managing the company re-branding from Lafarge Roofing to Redland Monier.

Jane Rogers
Jane, a Chartered Marketer, has more than 25 years experience within the construction, engineering and professional services environment. Jane brings particular strengths to strategic marketing, image development, client relationship management and a keen knowledge of corporate functions. Early experience as an Associate Director, with the Gibb Consulting Group, took Jane to the US, Europe and Africa, establishing her experience further. She took time out of her career in 1997 until 2002, to concentrate on being a full time mother. Jane returned as Marketing Manager for Card Geotechnics, a specialist consulting engineering company. She entered Consultancy in 2009.

Kevin has a wealth of experience both as a sales and marketing director as well as a consultant and trainer. His experience includes housebuilding, electronics, flooring, interior design, healthcare.

Nichola Martland
Starting her career with manufacturer Pirelli Cables, Nichola joined Competitive Advantage in 2002. Since then she has specialised in research - interviewing clients, architects, engineers, contractors, house builders, home-lifestyle retailers, builders merchants and specialist wholesalers.

Sara Kear
Sara started her career in sales, initially working for a Hanson subsidiary, before moving onto engineering products and then recruitment in the construction sector. She has worked in telemarketing and research since 1999, joining Competitive Advantage as a researcher on a part-time basis in 2010.

Anna Game
A graduate in Corporate Communications, Anna’s experience was gained working in advertising and PR both with agencies and clients over a period of 7 years. Her experience included work in engineering and interior fit-out.
Joining Competitive Advantage in 2008, she has responsibility for co-ordinating the consultancy’s marketing activity, including web site development and marketing communications.

Becky is a working mother, with a background in customer service. She has worked for an architects’ practice and more recently in the property sector. Joining Competitive Advantage in 2010, she is responsible for providing administrative support on a part-time basis.
